Assistant Facilitator (contract)
Assistant Facilitators support the delivery and execution of PRSNCE Command workshops. Engagements are scheduled in advance and aligned to specific client programs.
These roles are ideal for professionals who enjoy meaningful work behind the scenes while also stepping forward to lead when appropriate. You’ll operate in high-trust environments with teams that value presence, preparation, and professionalism.
Contractors are expected to uphold strict standards of confidentiality and conduct across all client engagements.
Responsibilities
Support live or virtual training sessions by maintaining operational flow, timing, and execution
Lead designated workshop segments or exercises as assigned, maintaining alignment with PRSNCE Command methods and standards
Manage workshop logistics including setup, transitions, and real-time coordination
Maintain a professional, composed presence with senior-level participants and support a focused, high-quality learning environment
Travel to client sites as required to support in-person engagements
Qualifications
Experience in military, intelligence, or operational environments
Comfortable engaging with senior leaders and professional audiences
Strong verbal communication and situational awareness
Ability to lead small group exercises or segments
High degree of professionalism, discretion, and reliability
Able to travel to support in-person workshops
Compensation
Compensation is competitive and determined per engagement.
